All you need to tell us is What to take with you

The professional packing team selects protective materials based on item material, dimensions, and shipping method, completing on-site packing, box labeling, and special item packaging arrangements.

Packing day process

What do you need to do on packing day?

Before packing, confirm which items need to be shipped, kept or specially protected. The on-site team then arranges materials, packing order and box records accordingly.

1

Team arrives on-site with materials

All packing materials are brought by our team on packing day — no need to prepare or purchase in advance.

2

Lay down home protection

Before starting, lay down floor and corner protection. Masking tape removes cleanly after completion without leaving marks.

3

Crew lead prepares the inventory

The on-site supervisor coordinates the packing sequence and confirms items requiring special handling along with the number of cartons.

4

Item-by-Item Packing and Boxing

The crew selects materials based on each item's material and size, then packs, numbers and labels each piece.

5

Measure and Confirm Volume

On-site measurement to confirm total volume, used as the basis for transport method and quotation.

6

Seal and ship out

After checking the packing list and verifying the volume, boxes are sealed and can be shipped directly or placed in storage awaiting departure.

Not everything is worth crating. Standard cartons and cushioning are enough for regular furniture and clothing. Custom wooden crates and reinforced cushioning are truly needed for items that fear shock or pressure, such as artwork, ceramics, glass panels and musical instruments. During assessment, we will tell you directly what needs extra protection and what does not, instead of quoting everything at the highest specification.
