Before packing, confirm which items need to be shipped, kept or specially protected. The on-site team then arranges materials, packing order and box records accordingly.

Before starting, lay down floor and corner protection. Masking tape removes cleanly after completion without leaving marks.
Crew lead prepares the inventory
The on-site supervisor coordinates the packing sequence and confirms items requiring special handling along with the number of cartons.

The crew selects materials based on each item's material and size, then packs, numbers and labels each piece.
Measure and Confirm Volume
On-site measurement to confirm total volume, used as the basis for transport method and quotation.
Seal and ship out

Not at all. All packing is done by the crew. You just need to tell the team leader which items need packing and any special requirements.
Do I need to be home on packing day?
We recommend that you or a trusted representative be present throughout to confirm items and special requirements; you will need to sign off on the inventory and volume once complete.
How long does packing usually take?
Depending on the quantity of items, a two-bedroom apartment typically takes 1 day, while a 3–4 bedroom household may take 1.5–2 days. A more accurate estimate will be provided during the assessment.
Can you send empty cartons first?
If you need to organize personal belongings yourself in advance, you can ask your advisor whether cartons, materials, and related costs can be provided beforehand.
How are packing waste and empty boxes handled?
If the plan includes destination unpacking and material cleanup, the destination team will execute according to the agreed service scope. Please confirm during the quote stage.
